It takes high quality components to build performance. Microbial Genomics Pro Suite is developed based on CLC Genomics Workbench. Our CLC Genomics Server software provides a link to your high-performance computational backend. These two products are the platform on which we deliver bioinformatics – enterprise-ready and scalable to adjust to your sample volumes.

CLC Genomics Workbench delivers the intuitive user interface our users trust, and comes pre-loaded with tools that offer analysis solutions supporting the full range of “omics” data, for instance for de novo assembly, variant detection, transcriptomics or epigenomics.

GeneProbe Inc. brings sophisticated gene-finding tools to annotate genome and metagenome assemblies with the MetaGeneMark Plugin.

The CosmosID plug-in allows user to detect microbes in metagenomic samples with confidence.
