Clinical Genomics – Interpretation and Reporting with QIAGEN Bioinformatics

Thursday, May 30, 2019

In this workshop, you will learn how to classify NGS variants and summarize relevant findings into one report. Through hands-on exercises, you will be able to analyze and interpret real NGS data with several of QIAGEN’s clinical informatics solutions. This class is for you if you are looking for methods and tools to combat the labor intensive and time-consuming processes of variant interpretation and reporting in today’s fast-paced clinical setting.

You will learn:

  • How to call a list of clinically relevant variants from WES, trios, and targeted panels
  • How to apply professional guidelines (NCCN, ESMO, etc.) in an automated setting
  • How to associate variants with up-to-date treatment and clinical trial information and generate one comprehensive report
